「ガザ支援フリーマーケット」を開催しました
2月23日（土）、草の根事務所で「ガザ支援フリーマーケット」を開催しました。当日は寒さにも負けず、遠くガザ地区に思いを馳せるいろんな年代、国籍の方々が集まってくださいました。
2階のフリマ会場では、草の根メンバーが集めた品物に新たな生命を吹き込みつつ、それぞれの思いを込めた寄付をしてくださいました。
1階では、美味しいチャイやおやき、ケーキに舌鼓を打ちながら、国や世代を超えておしゃべりがはずみました。
皆さまのお志により、フリーマーケットの収益は合計253,945円に上りました。ガザの惨状を日々目にしながら何かできないかと考えて来てくださったからこその金額と、感謝申し上げます。全額を、長年パレスチナの人々を支援している以下4つの団体に寄付します。
もしもこれ以外に適切な寄付先をご存じの方がいらっしゃいましたらお知らせください。今回は難しくても、次回以降ぜひ支援させていただきます。
今回参加くださった方の支援がガザ地区の人々に届き、少しでも心や身体の安心に繋がることを祈るばかりです。
草の根プロジェクトでは今後も、パレスチナ/イスラエル問題の勉強会などを開催し、私たちにできることを考えていきます。

On Saturday, December 23, we held a “Year-End Flea Market for Gaza“ at the Grassroots Office. Despite the cold weather, people of all ages and nationalities gathered at the flea market to give their hearts to the distant Gaza Strip.
At the flea market on the second floor, items collected by Grassroots members were given new life and new owners donated with their own hearts.
On the first floor, people from across countries and generations chatted while enjoying delicious chai, oyaki, and cakes.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, the flea market raised 253,945yen. We would like to thank everyone who came to the flea market and contributed. We will donate the entire amount to the following three organizations that have been supporting the Palestinian people for many years.
– Association for Supporting Ahli Arab Hospital
– Hokkaido Palestinian Medical Service Organization
– Palestinian Children’s Campaign
-NGO Amal for Gaza
If you know of any other appropriate organizations to donate to, please let us know. Even if it is not possible this time, we will definitely support them in the future.
We hope that the support of those who participated this time will reach the people in Gaza and lead to their mental and physical relief. The Grassroots Project will continue to hold study sessions on Palestinian/Israeli issues and consider what we can do to help.
